How it works?

Step 1

Make sure your ready & get your finances in order.

Step 2

Make a plan for the down payment.

Step 3

Create a wishlist like: Must-haves or nice-to-haves, Ideal locations and move-in ready or fixers, etc.

Step 4

Find the right mortgage for you by exploring your options & get approved for a mortgage.

Step 5

Find a real estate agent & go shopping.

Step 6

Make an offer, sign up your mortgage & get homeowners insurance.

Step 7

Schedule a home inspection.

Step 8

Negotiate any repairs or credits.

Step 9

Have the home appraised.

Step 10

Final walk-through will be performed or before closing. You will do a final walk-through with your realtor to make sure you check everything that was agreed in the contract is correct, and checking to make sure there is no unforeseen recent damage etc. 

Step 11

Close on your new home. Your lender will provide you with a closing disclosure at least three days before the actual closing, this will let you know how much money you will need to bring to your closing. you will bring your down payment in the form of a Cashiers check or  you may choose to wire it. Wire instructions will be provided by the title company only.
